Forget is a village in southeastern Saskatchewan, in the Rural Municipality of Tecumseh No. 65, east of Stoughton and near Highway 13. It became an incorporated village on November 21, 1904.
The village takes its name from Amédée E. Forget, the first Lieutenant Governor of Saskatchewan. The community also sits along the Red Coat Trail, and it is the subject of several pages in Mark Abley's 1986 book Beyond Forget: Rediscovering the Prairies, which pays particular attention to the village and its hotel.
